Terms and Conditions
Warranty is subject to the following:
* Serranos Auto Tint, Inc. has been paid in full for the workmanship according to the request of
service and services rendered.
* This Warranty does not cover any damage to a person or property arising from the use of any
of the products or materials furnished or any methods employed in connection with the service
work selected or performed.
* Serranos Auto Tint, Inc. Shall not be responsible for loss or damages to car or articles left in
car. Customers authorize operation of vehicle between parking space and bay.
* Serranos Auto Tint, Inc assumes no liability for scratching or damaging of film due to improper
treatment and faulty window mechanisms. Serranos Auto Tint, Inc in no way be held liable for
any damages to rear window defrosters and defroster hook-ups, in no event Serranos Auto
Tint, Inc. be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, direct, incidental, or consequential,
arising out of the use or inability to use film nor will be held responsible for any governing
tickets or infractions received or incurred by the client/customer in direct result of tint services
rendered.
* Installs Glass Tint Window Films or other name brand films on the inside of the automotive, residential or commercial glass. Glass Tint Window Films have their own set of warranty and regulations and are separate from Serranos Auto Tint, Inc.
* Most automotive rear windows are compound curved. The customer has a choice to choose
one of several application options. When any curved window is done in overlapping strips, a
fine white line accompanies a darker line of overlapping film. This is a fine white line does not
indicate a separation of the film.
* Window glass or any glass areas are carefully cleaned before installation, yet small
imperfections, such as dust specs, etc., are to be inspected and will in no way effect the
performance of the product.
* On some vehicles with dot matrix on the top of the rear and front window, you may notice a
shiny appearance in between the dots. This is due to the film not sticking well in between the
dots this does not mean that the film will bubble or fall off.
* There are no refunds. There will be a charge if the customer wants different shade or color
once the vehicle, Commercial or residential windows has been tinted.
* This Warranty stands null and void if any modifications or changes are made to the products or materials used in connection with the work without the prior written consent to Serranos Auto Tint, Inc.
* This Warranty shall only be valid if all project close-out documents such as receipts of work
performed and completed or proof of purchases have been duly received by Client/Customer
and Serranos Auto Tint, Inc.
Exclusions
The following causes/reasons are not covered under this Warranty:
1. Damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse, or failure to properly maintain the service
work performed.
2. Any or all tint percentages not regulated by the State of Florida.
3. Any small imperfections, such as dust specs, etc., that do not hem per the proper use of any
automotive, residential or commercial window.
4. Damage is caused by conditions beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, acts of God
(floods, lightning, etc.), war, civil unrest, or governmental regulation.
5. Any changes or modifications to the work performed by anyone other than Serranos Auto Tint Inc. authorized representatives.
6. Damage caused due to any foreign objects to any windows that causes cracks, breaks, any
racks, crazing, mold, mildew, or other fungi.
7. Failure of the site to be prepared in accordance with our specifications prior to commencing
work. This can include but is not limited to, wind / pollen debris, air quality, excavations not
being properly backfilled and compacted, or the site not being adequately cleaned or drained.
8. This warranty does not cover any costs associated with the removal and/or reinstallation of
any tint work.
Claims
* All the claims under this Warranty must be submitted in writing within 15 days days of the
defect becoming apparent.
* The claim should be accompanied by proof of purchase and must include photographic
evidence of the defect.
* Serranos Auto Tint, Inc. must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate all claims and to remedy any defects found. Subsequently, Serranos Auto Tint, Inc. reserves the right to inspect the work in question and determine, in its sole discretion, whether the workmanship is
defective.
* Client understands that failure to give timely notice as set out in this clause will void this
Warranty.
* 50% deposit/prepayment is required for all commercial and residential jobs, as our films are
special order.
* 30% Restocking Fee on any and all returned special orders pertaining to Wheels, Tires and
Accessories.
Resolution
In the event that a problem with the work should arise, Serranos Auto Tint, Inc. will have a
reasonable time, not to exceed 30 days, to remedy the problem.
Replacement Tint products or any products upon services chosen by the customer, if required, will be new and of the same type, quality, and function as the originals, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Non-transferable
This Warranty is non-transferable and shall be void if the ownership of the property on which the work was performed is transferred to another party prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
Governing Law
Terms and Conditions will be governed under the laws of Florida, and the venue of any dispute
arising over this Contract shall be in Orange or Osceola County.
* Failure to pay outstanding balances within 7 days will result in a late fee of $40.00. Additional
late fees of $40.00 will be charged for each additional month, along with the maximum allowed
interest by law.
* Any disputes regarding all transactions made through banks or credit cards, as well as past
due accounts, will be taken to law enforcement for investigation and are subject to court
proceedings. The customer agrees to cover all reasonable legal expenses incurred in relation
to collection or disputed transactions
Agreed and Accepted
By scheduling service and or agreeing to service, the Client/ Customer and Serranos Auto Tint, Inc. agree to the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
